LONG TERM MANAGEMENT PLANS

Redraw a future for European fisheries

A specific fishery by fishery approach: the South Western Waters Regional Advisory Council (SWWRAC) is committed.

There are different paths towards captures both high and stable. The current policies showed their limits.

The long term management plans are the new tool to reach these levels.
The CCR.S joins all fisheries actors to propose to the European Commission and to the Member States statement on the fish management on the south Atlantic.
The CCR.S is one of the 7 Regional Advisory Councils established by the Council in order to stimulate the participation of the interested parts to reach the objectives of a durable fish fixed by the Fish Commune Policy.
